Friday mornings at Demetri's
4th Friday
We meet once a month at 7 AM at Demetri's in Deerfield. Breakfast, updates, one member spotlight, real conversation. Two hours.
Members refer
Referrals are the whole point. Every member has a seat because someone else vouched. The directory exists so you can pair up between meetings.
Small on purpose
Around 40 members, spanning finance, legal, home, health, marketing, trades. Small enough that you know everyone. Big enough that someone knows a guy.
The meeting is the start. The 1-on-1s are where the work gets done.
Monthly breakfast gets everyone in the same room. What happens in the two or three weeks that follow is where referrals actually get made.
Friday breakfast
Everyone shows up at Demetri's at 7 AM. Eat, listen to a member share what they do, catch up with whoever you haven't seen in a while.
Open the directory
Afterward, pick two or three members you want to go deeper with. The directory groups everyone by what they do so you can find the right fit.
Grab coffee
Reach out. Twenty minutes on Zoom or in person is enough to understand someone's business well enough to refer them when the right situation shows up.
